The concept of a single information platform consisting of information and communication systems and systematical IT infrastructure, which provides the construction of a modern national scale information infrastructure based on the convergence of information and communication systems for solving e-governance and corporate business problems was created, which makes  an opportunity to provide high-quality and widespread clients access  to IT-possibilities and services ( Member of the NAS of Ukraine Dovgy S.O., Doctor of  Sciences (Engineering) Kopiyka O.V., Ph.D. (Engineering)  Gulyaiev K.D., Ph.D. (Engineering)  Lebid O.G.).

Mathematical models, methods and software tools solving the problem of local  river banks and channels erosion forecasting based on computer simulation modeling using remote sensing and GIS analysis results of morphological, hydrological and hydraulic studies and numerical mathematical modeling of kinematics developed local turbulent flows  in root formations were created. The method of investment portfolio structure optimizing in nature management based on minimum total risk criteria was developed on pairwise alternatives comparison taking into account the risk of unused capacity in the framework of sustainable development (Corresponding member of the NAS of Ukraine Trofymchuk O.M., Ph.D.(Engineering), Stefanyshin D.V.)

For the first time, a resource co-operative model of balanced development based on quantitative and qualitative estimates of resources usage, as well as compensation of resources cost, which are regulated by the imposed limit values and should be paid to the whole system was constructed and investigated; the model of distribution and transport blocks flows routing problem with packed small-party correspondence was proposed and studied (Doctor of Science     ( Physics and Mathematics) Polumienko S.K.).

The algorithms of computer algebra for generation of stable groups and semigroups families of affine space symbolic transformations over a commutative ring at given parameters of density were developed. The protocols of key exchange and polynomial cryptography cryptosystem are determined with many variables with the prospect of usage in the post-quantum time (Doctor of Science (Engineering) Ustymenko V.O.).

A model of arbitrary documents transdisciplinary transformation into a network-interactive based on the recursive reduction of contexts and the multiple partial ordering of hyperlinks between sets of taxonomies and natural systems was created. Ways of forming interoperable safe protocols of interaction between network information documents, corporate systems, databases and knowledge of situational centers, which have a significant number of interdisciplinary relations, and created on the basis of  different information technologies and standards usage were implemented (Member of the NAS of Ukraine Dovgy S. O., Doctor of Science (Engineering) Stryzhak O.E.).

It was discovered for the first time that all developed mining-extraction regions of Ukraine (Kryvbas, Donbas, saline basins of the Carpathian region, etc.) passed the so-called Habert`s maximum, when the complex influence of mineral raw materials maximum extraction and accumulated imbalance in mining operations influence zone (formation of “mass deficit” in the depths, the use of drilling and blasting technologies, drainage, etc.), the deterioration of technical and economic indicators requires the development of environmental protection measures for mines and quarries removal from operation and ecologically-technogenic recultivation of geological structures (Corresponding Member of the NAS of Ukraine Trofymchuk O.M., Doctor of Science (Engineering)  Yakovlev E.O., Doctor of Science (Geology)  Korzhnev M.M).

The calculating method  of configuration and area of air pollution by carbon monoxide (CO) determination its emission volume and the average surface concentration from fires in landfills of solid household waste (extended source of emissions) using geoinformation systems tools for estimation of potential ecological and economic damage from such fires was created (Doctor of Science, Economics,  Rogozhin O.G.).

Geospatial models and precision land using technologies are proposed on the basis of synthesis of geospatial data of the relief, crop rotation schedule, space monitoring of soil and agrochemical composition of land masses, moisture and of soil temperature (Doctor of Science (Geology) Radchuk V.V., Ph.D. (Engineering)  Krasovskaya I.G).

The equipment-methodical complex of high-spatial resolution electrometry was developed, which allows to find productive small-capacity plates (0.5-2.0m) and increase hydrocarbon production from oil and gas wells (Doctor of Science (Physics and Mathematics) Mirontsov M.L.).

For the work “Scientific and educational Internet portal “Taras Grygorovych Shevchenko “(www.kobzar.ua)” employees of the Institute of telecommunications and global information space of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Trofymchuk O.M., Kopiyka O.V., Lyashuk K.V. received the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of education in the nomination “Preschool and Out-of-School Education” 2017.

Employee of the Institute,  Ph.D.  (Engineering) Novakhatska N.A. received the Award of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for the most talented young scientist in the field of fundamental and applied researches and scientific and technical developments 2016 in accordance with the Decree on award from 19.12.2017  No. 2551-VIII.

Employee of the Institute Ph.D. (Engineering) Drozdovich I.G. received the NASU Prize for Young Scientists and Students of Higher Educational Institutions for the best scientific works 2017.

In 2017 Director of the ITGIS Trofymchuk O.M. participated in the 4th World Landslides Forum (Ljubljana, Slovenia), was a member of the International Scientific Committee and received a Certificate of the World Center of Excellence for reducing the risk of landslides for 2017-2020 issued to the Institute of Telecommunications and the Global Information Space of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

2016

The  tools and software based on semantic content management in the web environment to search, organize and present information on scientific information portals and other web resources that enabled users to work with information more systematically, taking into account the avalanche-like increase in the amount of data on the Internet were developed. Mechanism of information security for EX technology was implemented, principles and methods for filtering external information in different types of networks improved, modules of software and hardware complexes intended for deployment of segments of telecommunication networks with variable network address size developed. (Member of the NAS of Ukraine Dovgy S.O., Ph.D. (Engineering) Lebid O.G., Ph.D. (Engineering) Gulyaev K.D.).

New post-quantum cryptographic systems from many variables were created based on the modified El Hamal polynomial scheme and using the complexity of the discrete logarithm problem for a stable polynomial base of exponential order. The algorithm relies on new methods for generating stable nonlinear transformations of the exponential order of a given degree and density using automatics defined by algebraic graphs. New streaming algorithms of polynomial nature encryption using the mapping which are not mutually unambiguous were developed. (Doctor of Science (Physic and Mathematics) Ustimenko V.O.).

A new approach to the justification of estimated (design) events of an extreme nature (floods, earthquakes, etc.) based on the results of estimation of the residual risk of losses was developed (Corresponding Member of the NAS of Ukraine Trofymchuk O.M., Ph.D. (Engineering) Stefanyshin D.V.).

The spatial and temporal growth of complex technogenic changes in the ecological state of the environmental components (geochemical landscapes, surface waters, soils, geological environment, ground atmosphere) of Ukraine regions (Corresponding Member of the NAS of Ukraine O. AWARDS OF SCIENTISTS

ITGIS of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine prepared the application form “Application Form for the World Center of Excellence on Landslide Risk Reduction 2017-2020” (World Center for Extreme Risk Reduction) in the framework of the International Organization of ICL under the auspices of UNESCO (ITGIP NASU is the only one member from Ukraine since 2009). An authoritative team of international experts rated ratings for 20 countries and organizations in the world. ITGIP NASU ranked 13th among 15 winners. Diploma was awarded to Corresponding member of the NAS of Ukraine Trofymchuk O.M. at the World Landslide Forum in Ljubljana.

Employee of the ITGIS of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Kudlyak V.M. was awarded with Honorary title “Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine”.

2015

The network ontological means of  Semantic Web Interface automatic construction on the basis of lingual-semantic analysis of poorly structured network information arrays was developed (Member of the NAS of Ukraine  Dovgy S.O., Doctor of Science (Engineering) Stryzhak O.E.).

The method of situational-inductive forecasting according to observation data was developed. The methodology of probabilistic accidents forecasting and the quantitative assessment of accidents risk at hydroelectric plants in the framework of the scenario approach using the Bayesian probability transformation was improved (Corresponding Member of the NAS of Ukraine Trofymchuk O.M., Ph.D. (Engineering) Stefanyshin D.V.).

A new resource approach to the sustainable development processes analysis and co-operative resource model of balanced technological development is proposed, the change of sustainable development processes consideration to a more effective analysis of balanced technological development was grounded; the system of technological development indicators was proposed, the appropriate balance criteria was selected and experimental calculations were carried out according to the regions of Ukraine (Doctor of Science (Physics and Mathematics) Polumienko S.K).

New post-quantum algorithms with a public key of cryptography from many variables whose security is associated with the hidden problem of a discrete logarithm or hidden parameters of known RSA encryption were created. In terms of algebraic combinatorics, protocols for the exchange of cryptography keys from many variables and related new cryptosystems were proposed (Doctor of Science (Physic and Mathematics) Ustimenko V.O.).

The new mathematical models for viscous layer flows on the basis of vortex methods and the construction of computational technologies for the simulation of nonstationary physical processes were  theoretically explained and experimentally confirmed. Mathematical models (including viscosity, non-stationary and convective components) are based on the integration of Navier-Stokes equations for a partial case of viscous layer flows (Member of the NAS of Ukraine  Dovgy S.O., Ph.D. (physics and mathematics)  Cherniy D.I).

A methodology was developed and generalized algorithms for geodata processing using GIS technologies, materials for remote sensing of the Earth and landscape-geochemical parameters of catchment basins were developed for more reliable reflection of the assimilation potential of strategic ecological-forming systems leading processes formation: the hydrosphere, the upper zone of the lithosphere and ground atmosphere (Member of the NAS of Ukraine  Dovgy S.O., Doctor of Science (Engineering) Yakovlev E.O., Ph.D. (Engineering)  Klimenko V.I. , Ph.D. (Engineering) Anpilova E.S.).

The method of flooding and seismic processes complex influence estimation on the regional reduction of the territory of Ukraine forest cover engineering-geological stability was developed. The procedure of regional ecological and economic losses assessment and life-cycle risks from accidents with atmospheric emissions at chemical-dangerous objects was implemented (Corresponding Member of the NAS of Ukraine Trofymchuk O.M., Doctor of Science (Economy) Rogozhyn O.G., Kryazgych O.O.).

The temperature stability of radiation-activated defects and nanoformations in quartz and enamel of teeth is determined, as well as the influence of temperature stability of defects on the reliability of the results of the retrospective dosimetry. It is shown that the most stable radiation defects in quartz are aluminum Al – O, and in the apatite of teeth enamel, which forms the mineral component of this highly mineralized biological tissue, there are carbonate radicals СО2. It was proved that the most reliable results of the retrospective dosimetry of a locality, as well as a person, can be obtained with the help of these radiation defects localized respectively in quartz and teeth enamel (Doctor of Science (Geology) Radchuk V.V.).

Trofimchuk O.M. was awarded with the Prize of the NAS of Ukraine titled by commemoration of V.S. Mikhalevich.

The employees of the Institute of Telecommunications and the Global Information Space of the NAS of Ukraine Gulyaiev K.D. and  Deineka I.V. were awarded with the State Prize of Ukraine 2014 in the field of science and technology for  work “Technological, organizational and regulatory framework for the construction of telecommunication networks of the following generations”.

The employee of the Institute of Telecommunications and Global Information Space of the NAS of Ukraine M. M. Mirontsov was awarded with the Prize of the President of Ukraine for young scientists 2014 for work “Numerical modeling of electrometry wells”.

2014

The ontology of rational choice problem was created. On the basis of its usage the technology of knowledge extraction during semantic content analysis of distributed in the network data base was developed. On the basis of knowledge extraction, tools of adaptive generation of thematic categories were developed. These tools provide for dynamic formation of web-semantic interface menu elements for supporting of different forms of interaction with users in distributed environments of the internet portals including group video sessions  (Member of the NAS of Ukraine  Dovgy S.O., Doctor of Technical Sciences, Strizhak O.E., Ph.D (Engineering) Gulyaev K.D.).

Switching technology using virtual channels in the networks with variable size of network address was developed. The technology provides for immediate establishment of virtual connection with various network nodes, multi-address sending of informational request and further switching to the nodes responding on informational request only. The technology is implemented in the form of dynamic library for OS Windows, that can be used for the following systems implementation: searching for information, distributed information store, anonymous information exchange (including secrete voting systems, files exchange, etc.) as well as various services in the networks with variable size network address ( Member of the NAS of Ukraine  Dovgy S.O., Ph.D (Engineering) Gulyaev K.D., Deineka I.V.).

Methodology of computer modeling design and analysis of multipack hierarchical communication network operation with discrete parameters and flows was developed. With the aim of non-linear and non-steady processes of processing and discrete flows distribution management the following has been offered: mathematic models, methods, algorithms and experimental software complex for solving tasks of network operation current planning  aiming at optimization of using its available resources and mathematic instruments for operating management and prospective development issues addressing. Resource-based view on the modeling and analysis of sustainable technological development was offered. Initial model of sustainable development represented in the form of two-level cooperative game was simplified. Resource game theory model of balanced development on the basis of efficient use of modern technologies relevant to the regions if the country was built for the first time (Doctor of Science, Physics and Mathematics, Polumienko S.K.).

New conception of cryptographic system from many variables with rotating schedule was created. Examples of such systems were put into effect in Maria Curie Sklodovska in Lublin in association with the Institute of Telecommunications and Global Informational Space of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. In particular, it was offered the crypto system safety of which is provided by the difficulty of discrete logarithm calculation in appropriate transformation group. Search for new crypto systems from many variables is motivated by post quantum cryptography theory (Doctor of Science (Physic and Mathematics) Ustimenko V.O.).

Major environmental and geological risks factors of shale gas exploration and production under conditions of East-Ukrainian and West-Ukrainian oil and gas bearing basins were identified (testing of the USA shale gas commercial production experience (Member of the NAS of Ukraine Lyalko V.I., Doctor of Science (Engineering) Yakovlev E.O., Doctor of Science (Geology) Azimov A.T.).

The directions of improvement of ecological and technogenic monitoring of developed mining regions of Donbass, Kryvbas, Carpathian region are grounded taking into account the influence of new mining-geological phenomena caused by the activation of dangerous processes of flooding of mines and quarries, deformations of the day surface, the manifestation of man-made earthquakes and terrorist actions. The peculiarities of formation mechanisms of nano dimensional developments in quartz and zircon as well as in hydroxyapatite of biogenic origin were identified. It was demonstrated that radioactive exposure has significant impact on magnetic (paramagnetic) features of nano formations located in minerals and bio minerals. Particular role of nano dimensional areas heating, that are originated as a result of uranium and thorium alpha-decay, in nano crystalline regions formation in crystal lattice of zircon and other minerals (Corresponding Member of the NAS of Ukraine Brick O.B., Doctor of Science (Geology) Radchuk V.V.).

Dependence of stream flow local erosion on location angle and bottom barrier height was built. The most intensive underwater erosion mode was identified. According to the results of bottom resistance forces simulation modeling, it was discovered that under bottom ridge height that is 1/3 flow depth the most intensive stream bed deformations can be under its location at an 35-40 degree angle towards oncoming flow (Corresponding Member of the NAS of Ukraine Trofymchuk O.M., Ph.D. (Engineering) Stefanyshin D.V.,  Khodnevich Y.V.).

Information space monitoring technology of the Black and the Azov Seas waters anthropogenic contamination was developed. Vector electronic environmental maps of the Black and the Azov Seas were composed using ARG GIS instruments (Member of the NAS of Ukraine Dovgy S.O., Corresponding Member of the NAS of Ukraine Trofymchuk O.M., Doctor of Science (Geology) Radchuk V.V.).

On December 2014 the staff member of the Institute of Telecommunications and Global Information Space of the NAS  of Ukraine, Doctor of Science (Geology) V.V.Radchuk was awarded with the  State Award of Ukraine in the sphere of Science and Technics 2013.

Anpilova were awarded with  the Prize of the President of Ukraine for young scientists  2013 for work “Spatial analysis and geomodulation of water and soil pollution by means of remote sensing of the Earth”.
