A one-time academic council was established in accordance with Order No. 68-c of 13 November 2025 issued by the Institute of Telecommunications and the Global Information Space of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for the defense of the dissertation by Volodymyr Dziuba on the topic: “Information Technology for Monitoring Radio Communication Networks” in the field of knowledge 12 – Information Technologies, specialty 122 – Computer Science, for the award of the Doctor of Philosophy degree. The council consists of:

Chair of the Council – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Yurii Kaliukh, Chief Researcher at ITGIS of the NAS of Ukraine.

Council Members:

  • Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Vasyl Ustymenko, Head of Department at ITGIS of the NAS of Ukraine (reviewer);
  • Candidate of Technical Sciences Vladyslav Vasylenko, Senior Researcher at ITGIS of the NAS of Ukraine (reviewer);
  • Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Viktoriia Zhebka, Head of the Department of Digital Development Technologies at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Information Technologies of the State University of Telecommunications (MES) (official opponent);
  • Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Maksym Korobchynskyi, Head of the Second Department of the Second Educational and Scientific Institute of the Yevhenii Berezniak Military Academy (MoD) (official opponent).

Defense

The defense of the dissertation by Volodymyr Dziuba will take place on December 16, 2025, at 14:00, at the following address: 601 office, 13 Chokolivskyi Boulevard, Kyiv, 03186, and will be held in the format of a video conference on the YouTube platform.
