Key measures aimed at preventing, detecting and combating corruption

Dear employees, graduate students, doctoral students!

Each of us is obliged to prevent corruption at the Institute:

1. Not to commit or participate in the commission of corruption offenses.

2. Refrain from behavior that may be regarded as a willingness to commit a corruption offense.

3. Immediately inform the person responsible for the prevention of corruption at the Institute or the Director of the Institute / Deputy Director, the head of the trade union organization about cases of incitement to commit a corruption offense related to the activities of the Institute.

4. Immediately inform the person responsible for the prevention of corruption at the Institute or the Director of the Institute / Deputy Director, the head of the trade union organization about cases of corruption or corruption-related offenses committed by employees of the Institute.

5. Immediately inform the person responsible for the prevention of corruption at the Institute or the Director of the Institute / Deputy Director, the head of the trade union organization about the occurrence of a real or potential conflict of interest.

6. In case of receipt of reports of incitement to commit a corruption offense related to the activities of the Institute, cases of corruption or corruption-related offenses by employees of the Institute, the emergence of a real, potential conflict of interest, a commission for the assessment of corruption risks will be urgently convened to resolve these issues.

Reporting corruption

The authorized person for the prevention and detection of corruption at the Institute of Telecommunications and Global is Olena Radchuk, Head of the Human Resources Department, appointed in accordance with the order of November 02, 2020 No. 25-s.
