Questions from methods of well borehole electrical measurements including the sequential consideration of history of development of electric and electromagnetic logging, basic physics and some technical logging features, numerical simulation methods for solving direct and inversion problems as well as the effect of errors on interpretation efficiency are presented in the monograph. The possibility of effective factorization-based solving of inverse two-dimensional problem is considered. Some design decisions providing the possibility to factorize electromagnetic logging inversion problems are represented.
