ONLY — an educational programme for developing leadership skills in Ukrainian universities. Programme participants will have the opportunity to join mentoring sessions at their own universities.
The knowledge and skills gained within the project will influence self-understanding and personal needs awareness, providing opportunities to make positive changes in higher education institutions, education, science, and beyond the project’s completion.
