On April 28, 2026, the IX International Scientific and Practical Conference “New Horizons in Scientific Research: Troop Support and the Application of Geoinformation Systems in the Interests of National Security and Defense” was held at the Institute of Logistics and Troop Support of the National Defence University of Ukraine in cooperation with Esri Ukraine.
During the conference, participants discussed key issues of scientific research in the fields of troop support and sustainment, as well as the application of geoinformation systems in the interests of national security and defense. Special attention was paid to identifying effective solutions based on the experience gained during the Russian-Ukrainian war.
Professor V.M. Trysniuk, Doctor of Technical Sciences and Head of the Environmental Research Department, took part in the conference and delivered a presentation entitled “Information Technologies for Aerospace Monitoring of Marine Areas and Coastal Zones.”
