Today, November 11, at 10:00 a.m., the XXIV International Scientific and Practical Conference “Information and Communication Technologies for Victory and Recovery” officially began.
The conference opened with welcoming remarks from the Honorary Director of the Institute of Telecommunications and the Global Information Space of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Academician Stanislav Oleksiyovych Dovgyi, and Serhii Anatoliiovych Lupenko, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor at Opole University of Technology (Opole, Poland).
During the first half of the day, participants attended plenary presentations that set a high academic standard for further discussions and sectional sessions of the conference.
