In accordance with the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine dated August 9, 2023 No. 3297-IX “On Scholarships of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Young Scientists – Doctors of Sciences” and the proposal of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Education, Science and Innovation, 48 scholarships of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for young scientists – doctors of sciences for scientific (scientific and technical) works were awarded in 2023. Each scholarship will be paid monthly in the amount of five subsistence minimums for able-bodied persons as of January 1, 2023.

Among these scholarship recipients are eleven doctors of sciences who work in the scientific institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

One of them is Viktor Yehorov, a leading researcher at the Institute of Telecommunications and Global Information Space of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Technical Sciences, for his research paper “Development of a Mobile Robotic and Technical Complex for Demining the Territories of Ukraine”.
